BNR French Polishers are based in Surrey, and work throughout the UK and abroad. We specialise in wood finishes: we finish, refinish, restore and renovate a wide range of surfaces and joinery including furniture, wood panelled interiors, staircases and doors. We pride ourselves on our high standards of craftsmanship, and whether restoring a coffee table or finishing a panelled room, each job is special to us. We carry out all our finishing by hand using traditional methods and materials, to ensure the highest quality possible. We do not use sprayed finishes, and normally use only traditional shellacs, waxes, oils and French polishes. New joinery can be finished in any colour and finish required; colour stains are mixed to suit each particular job or clients' requirements, to match an existing colour or to suit individual interiors.

BNR French Polishing are located in Surrey, south-west London, and we have completed contracts from the South-East to Yorkshire, from London to New York, and from Ireland to Germany. Our French Polishers have an international reputation for their high quality wood finishing.

We specialise in French polishing, furniture restoration, interior restoration, wood panelling, new interior and staircase work. Although we are the experts in furniture restoration in London and Surrey, we have also worked with wood paneling in the USA, and with new interiors and antique restoration in important properties worldwide.
